Exchange & Return Policy (Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange you rug (in its original condition) within 7 days of delivery. Products offered during clearance sale cannot be exchanged / returned.
Simply contact us with your intention to exchange you rug so we can provide you with the return delivery address. The buyer pays the return shipping fee, our courier company will coordinate with you for re packing the rug . Please also allow three to five working days for pickup the material.
An exchange will be processed within 2 working days as soon as we receive it back to us. This will allow time for the inspection and re packing of the rug returned.
